Kids under 14 can get a haircut at The Rich Auntie, but they need to be with their parent or guardian the whole time and the parent or guardian has to make the booking. The kids can’t go into the treatment rooms, though. There are some services where you need to be older, so when you book, ask the front-of-house person about it. We might not be able to do a service if someone is too young. Also, people under 18 can’t go into certain parts of the salon. If you have questions, ask the front-of-house person.

To book any treatment or service, you need to pay a deposit when you make the reservation. This includes booking consultations. If you’re using a gift voucher, make sure to give the voucher number when you book.
If you need to cancel an appointment, tell us 24 hours before it starts to get your deposit back. If you cancel later or miss it, you won’t get your deposit back. If we need to change or cancel your booking, we will work with you to find a new time.
